The FA high-efficiency fully automatic water purification device is a series of new products developed by our company. The water purification capacity is divided into five different models: 10, 30, 50, 100, and 200 tons/hour (special specifications and requirements can be designed and manufactured separately).

This series of water purification device integrates the essence of flocculation, sedimentation, sewage discharge, backwash, water collection filtration and other processes. The series of water purification devices that can achieve fully automatic operation of a single unit without the need for personnel operation are important units for achieving automated management of water plants. Coupled with our company's ZJ type fully automatic dosing device and disinfection equipment, it can become a fully functional water purification station (plant).

This series of water purification devices not only has a wide range of applications, good treatment effects, and excellent effluent quality, but also consumes less water, consumes less power, occupies a small area, saves water, electricity, and labor, and can be a new energy-saving product that eliminates the need for auxiliary pumps and facilities.

Scope of application:

Suitable for water plants in villages, towns, and industrial and mining enterprises with water turbidity less than 3000mgL, such as rivers, reservoirs, lakes, and other water sources, as the main water purification treatment device. 2. For lake water sources with low temperature, low turbidity, and seasonal maturity, they have their special adaptability. 3. Pre treatment equipment for high-purity water, beverage industry water, and furnace water. 4. Used in various industrial circulating water systems, it can effectively and significantly improve the quality of circulating water. 5. Used in the middle water channel system, the treatment equipment uses the effluent from the sewage treatment plant as the water source for purification and reuse.

Main features:

1. In addition to the management of the primary pump room and dosing system, the water purification device itself meets the requirements of automatic operation through a series of operating procedures such as reaction, flocculation, sedimentation, sludge discharge, water collection, water distribution, filtration, backwashing, and sewage discharge. The on duty personnel only need to perform regular water quality monitoring and measurement work, and do not need to manage the operation of the water purification device.

2. A high concentration flocculation layer can allow impurities in the raw water to colonize and obtain sufficient collision contact and adsorption probability, thus adapting to various water temperatures and oil degrees of the raw water, and achieving high removal efficiency of impurity particles. Under certain usage conditions, it also has the function of removing algae.

3. The fast sludge concentration chamber and adjustable automatic sludge discharge system can ensure the timely removal of excess sludge impurities, thereby ensuring a stable removal rate of impurity particles.

4. Efficient flocculation and sedimentation effects ensure that the quality of the settled effluent remains in good condition.

5. The newly issued water collection system and water collection head make water collection more uniform and effective, not only improving the volume utilization coefficient, but also accumulating considerable energy-saving effects due to its extremely small water collection head.

6. The automation of the water purification system not only ensures the efficient transition of the water purification system, but also enables automatic backwashing without the need for additional backwashing water pumps or air compressors, which can save a lot of infrastructure investment and daily operation, maintenance and upkeep costs.

7. The self consumption rate of water is low, about<5%, which plays a positive role in saving limited water resources.

8. Small footprint, compared with general water purification structures, it can save more than 50% of the land, with a height of about 4.10 meters, and can be installed indoors and outdoors.

9. Easy to expand, renovate, reuse, relocate or relocate.

The following structures can be combined and constructed according to specific circumstances. In the absence of a water tower, our company's fully automatic pneumatic water supply system can be used. Auxiliary equipment includes ZJ type dosing device and disinfection equipment, both of which are provided by our company.


Design parameters:

1. Applicable raw water turbidity: ≤ 3000mg/L

4. Surface load design for sedimentation zone: 7-8M3/H • M2

5. Filter zone design filtration rate: 8~10M/H

8. Total dwell time: Total T=40~45 minutes

9. Inlet pressure: ≈ 0.06Mpa

Note: 1. The direction of the inlet connection of the various pipelines mentioned above can be changed by 180 degrees to meet the needs of the overall layout.

2. The applicable conditions for the selection of reference pump types and motor power are: the difference between the driest position of the water pump and the operating water level of the water purification device is 8 meters, and the sum of losses along the way and locally from the water source to the water purification device is ≥ 4 meters. If the hydraulic conditions at the application site do not match the above situation, a different pump should be selected according to the actual situation.

Note: The outlet elevation of the water purification device is 2.5 meters (relative elevation). Based on the pipeline layout and distance of the water purification device and the clean water tank, calculate the sum of losses along the way and locally. Subtracting the sum of hydraulic losses from 2.5 meters can determine the relative elevation value of the highest water level in the clear water tank.

Installation and maintenance:

1. This water purification device is an integrated water purification unit, which is placed on a foundation poured and compacted according to design requirements. It can be put into operation by connecting the inlet and outlet pipes.

2. The inlet pipe must be equipped with a flow meter.

3. This device requires the introduction of a 380V three-phase power supply for fully automatic control.

4. This device generally does not require maintenance or upkeep, but the filter material can be inspected once a year. If the thickness of the filter material is insufficient, quartz sand with a particle size of 0.50-1.20 millimeters can be used to supplement it to the required height.


Scope of complete supply:

1. The inlet pipes, inlet valves, outlet pipes, drainage pipes, and sludge discharge pipes outside the water purification device are not included in the scope of supply.

2. Inspection of walkways, platforms, and escalators is not included in the scope of supply.

3. Install and debug on behalf of the user, with additional charges.

4. Excluding the filter material required for the device, the quantity should be purchased or handled by the supplier according to their requirements.

5. When purchasing this equipment separately, 50% of the total amount shall be paid upon the effective date of the contract, and the remaining balance shall be paid in full at the time of shipment.

6. When this equipment leaves the factory, all inspections are qualified.

7. This water purification equipment is covered by three guarantees, with a contract period of one year.

8. With the development of production technology, if there are any technological improvements to this equipment, it shall be based on the product's factory specifications.

9. Provide technical consultation and undertake water supply and drainage engineering design.
